Annex F is a very good example of IEC ‘s efforts to explain the complex design procedures in a much simpler way using the block diagrams .

I am reproducing the combined pages of Annex F to highlight its simple approach and concept.

The actual design is a much complex procedure calling for accountability on the part of the Design Engineers and other stake holders .
